COURSE DESCRIPTION

PLEASE NOTE: This course may be completed in person. Cal/OSHA has ended their state of emergency as of 3/31/23 and will no longer allow training providers provide virtual asbestos refresher training.

This in person course provides the asbestos professional with a comprehensive review of the design principles necessary for asbestos abatement projects. The course includes a review of regulatory requirements, state-of-the-art work practices, safety, abatement contract documents, and containment design principals and recent changes to applicable regulations.

Prerequisites: AHERA accreditation as an Asbestos Project Designer (or within one year of expiration date).

Certificate of Completion: A Project Designer Refresher certificate is given to each student who attends the course. Full attendance is mandatory.

Course Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM
Lunch: 11:30AM-12:30PM
