As a licensed general contractor (CA Lic No. 657754) we can perform all aspects of the construction process, from design to permits to completing the building process. Our experience spans over 35 years and ranges from simple projects (fencing, painting, framework, etc.) to complex structural repair and rehabilitation, to complete design-build services.

 

CAL INC is also a licensed demolition contractor, and can perform all types of demolition services, including building demolition, interior/soft demolition, and DOSH demolition in compliance with NESHAP and CAL OSHA regulations.
