CAL INC was contracted by The Federal Aviation Administration to furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform the work for the installation of an ASDE-X at Denver International Airport, in Denver, CO. The project required our workforce to work at an active airport adjacent to active runways and taxiways in an extremely security sensitive environment without impacting operations at the airport or inconveniencing airport personnel. It required our company to take extreme cautions with planning, scheduling, and performance of the work performed. A main component of this contract was quality control.
CAL INC’s work included:
CAL INC was responsible for implementation of the project schedule for the various aspects of the job and overseeing all of the subcontractors. The project is scheduled to be complete on time and within budget. |
CAL INC was contracted by the General Services Administration (GSA) to complete tenant improvements to the 9th Floor, North Tower, Donald Dellums Federal Building and Courthouse. The work includes interior architecture woodwork, fire systems, telecommunications cabling, and intrusion detection system. The work also included taking the building back to the original shell by abatement and demolition, new drywall, acoustical ceiling, flooring, painting, HVAC, and electrical. In summary the work consists of the following :
