partnership with local computer companies interested in
reselling broadband Internet access to neighborhoods across

What CAL INC
Provides
CAL INC provides the Internet broadcasting transmitters and
relays, bandwidth, all hardware (including the Subscriber
Module mounted on your customer's roof and a wireless
router), and level 2 technical support.
 In
addition, CAL INC schedules and installs all your customer's
equipment and insures proper Internet connection on-site.
Since CAL INC owns and maintains all equipment, there is
nothing for you to buy or any inventory for you to keep.
CAL INC will go on-site to do
SM re-alignments and equipment removals when a customer
cancels service.
What
Resellers Provide
As a reseller, you market to potential customers, conduct
site surveys at customers' property, enter into contract
with and bill all new customers, and provide Level 1
technical support (e.g. trouble-shoot connection and/or
email problems, provide billable on-site tech support,
etc.).
 You
set your prices and terms for Internet access and technical
support. If you are unable to resolve technical issues, you
simply elevate to a Level 2 support ticket with CAL INC, and
our specialists will help you provide the support needed.
You bill your customers for
the one-time installation/activation and the monthly
Internet service at your mark-up. CAL INC will invoice all
resellers monthly for the wholesale cost of providing
service.
