General Construction

CAL INC was contracted by the General Services Administration (GSA) to complete tenant improvements to the 9th Floor, North Tower, Donald Dellums Federal Building and Courthouse. The work includes interior architecture woodwork, fire systems, telecommunications cabling, and intrusion detection system. The work also included taking the building back to the original shell by abatement and demolition, new drywall, acoustical ceiling, flooring, painting, HVAC, and electrical. In summary the work consists of the following :   Abatement and Soft Demolition Interior Architectural Woodwork Door and Windows Drywall Acoustical Ceilings Resilient Flooring and Carpeting Painting Access Flooring HVAC Plumbing Electrical Fire Alarm System Quality Control Plan Subcontractor Management Project Documentation Approximately 14,000 sq. ft.
